Clinical Audiologists are needed right now at Virginia Hearing Center (VHC) to join our busy practice! VHC is a division of Balance and Ear Center, an Otology and Neurotology clinic with a stellar reputation across the entire state, and has been serving Central Virginia for 50 years.
You’ll never be bored here—our thriving, fast-paced, family-centered practice places a high priority on teamwork to consistently deliver the best patient-first ENT, Hearing, and Balance healthcare possible while giving our team members the support they need to succeed
Your core responsibilities as an audiologist will include the following:
Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations for all ages, including VRA/CPA, tympanometry and OAE
C&O Vemp testing
Analyze results and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Dispense, fit and provide maintenance to hearing aids across multiple brands.
Conduct vestibular testing, complete results interpretation, and make treatment recommendations.
Tinnitus testing
Newborn screenings
Engage in Cochlear Implant and BAHA evaluation and treatment.
Qualifications:
Doctorate degree in Audiology
Current Virginia certification and licensure or eligibility
2-3 years of experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
