What You’ll Do:
Patient Care Excellence: Provide outstanding hearing evaluations, consultations, and hearing aid fittings.
Custom Solutions: Recommend and fit hearing aids tailored to individual patient needs.
Support & Follow-Up: Offer ongoing support, adjustments, and hearing aid maintenance.
Education & Engagement: Educate patients about hearing loss, technology, and hearing aid care.
Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver top-notch patient care.
Current licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) in Maryland (or ability to obtain).
Passion for helping people hear better and improve their lives.
Proven skills in fitting, counseling, and troubleshooting hearing aids.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with a strong commitment to continuing education.
