Midwest Dizziness and Balance Institute, LLC (MDBI) is a private vestibular practice specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of all vestibular dysfunction.
We administer a variety of testing to assess the ENTIRE vestibular system. Testing includes: VNG, cervical and ocular VEMP, vHIT, Rotary Chair, Bertec CDP, BPPV maneuvers, ABR and Electrocochleography. What sets us apart is all the AUDIOLOGISTS in our practice not only test, but they also administer all vestibular treatment in the clinic using Advanced Vestibular TreatmentTM (AVT) methods. AVT is between 85-90% effective in treating vestibular dysfunction. We assess and treat around 1000 vestibular patients per year composing upwards of 8000 total appointments.
We are looking for a 4th year interested in an externship with our site. This is a strong vestibular 4th year site so vestibular passion is a must. Compensation/stipend provided and will be based on interest. Please send your letter of intention, resume and 3 letters of recommendation to:
