ENT and Allergy Associates, New York & New Jersey's premier ENT and Allergy medical practice, is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full time licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser for our Bronx office.
We are a large and successful, multi-site ENT practice seeking to expand our hearing aid services. If you are driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again, then this may be the opportunity you are looking for. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and can effectively counsel while building patient rapport.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish rapport with patients, perform communications need assessments and make recommendations for hearing aids
Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
Dispense and program hearing aids
Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, cleaning, or repairs
Maintain documentation and patient files
Meet with audiologists and physicians to discuss patient care
Qualifications and skills:
Team player
Ability to develop relationships with patients
Be detail oriented
Work efficiently
Neat, professional appearance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Cheerful attitude
Knowledge of electronic medical record system and word processing software
Familiarity with billing and coding
The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members
Requirements
Minimum of one year of hearing aid dispensing experience
Active NY Hearing Aid Dispensing License

Position Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred Active and current hearing aid dispensing license
