Job Summary:
Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC), with multiple locations in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties, is excited to offer an opportunity to become an integral part of our team through a year-long audiology externship program.
As an Audiology Extern, you will be directly involved in our perfect patient journey, ensuring that we always deliver patient-focused care. This externship will provide fourth-year audiology students with experience encompassing a wide range of diagnostic and rehabilitative services in a fast-paced medical setting. In addition to daily clinical practices, externs will have the opportunity to participate in ENT physician observation in both clinical and surgical settings, participation in marketing events, as well as community hearing screenings.

Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC) has been in practice for almost 50 years and is highly regarded in the medical community. Our office stays up-to-date with the latest in surgical and medical treatment(s) and equipment for a state-of-the-art facility.
Join our team of 13 ENT physicians and 14 audiologists within multiple locations in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties. Externs will work alongside our audiologists to provide the following services:
Audiologic Evaluations
Audiometric testing of adults and pediatric population
Tympanometry
Acoustic Reflex
Otoacoustic Emission testing
Balance assessments
VNG/ENG
ECoG
Auditory Brainstem Response testing
Rehabilitative Audiology
Hearing aids and assistive technology
Bone conduction devices
Custom earmolds
Verification Testing
Real Ear Measurements with Verifit2
Business Management
Track various business metrics
Discuss growth opportunities with practice during meetings
