What We Offer

We offer two provider pathways:

1. Traditional Audiology Track – Focused on world-class patient care and hearing aid management.

2. Sales-Enhanced Track – Ideal for providers who enjoy combining clinical excellence with sales-driven incentives.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100,000 base salary for either track (not dependent on sales)

• $20,000–$40,000 in additional incentives available for sales-oriented providers

• Student loan repayment program available

• Relocation assistance negotiable

• Health insurance after 60 days

• 401(k) with 4% match after 1 year

• 3 weeks PTO + generous paid holidays (including Black Friday)

• Consistent hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm

What You’ll Do

This role is primarily focused on hearing services, with optional vestibular involvement if desired.

• Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations, including speech-in-noise testing and tympanometry

• Recommend rehabilitative solutions based on best practices and patient-centered care

• Fit and program all major hearing aid brands using advanced equipment and protocols

• Participate in tinnitus management and support - including Lenire treatment

• Optional for AuD: See 2–4 vestibular patients per week (training provided)

• Provide excellent follow-up care to ensure ongoing success throughout the patient journey

• Engage in community outreach, including cultivating physician referrals

• Communicate with clarity, compassion, and professionalism

• Uphold a culture of integrity, teamwork, and service excellence

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• AuD or HIS with eligibility to dispense hearing instruments in North Carolina

Preferred:

• 4+ years of experience fitting hearing aids

• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient education
