As an extern, you can expect to receive intensive training and mentoring from an experienced staff in varied areas of Audiology. During the placement, the extern will have the opportunity to apply academic principles within a clinical practice and learn to work as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes interaction with Ear Nose and Throat Physicians, Oto-neurolog...ists and vestibular physical therapists. With a team of twelve audiologists as preceptors, the extern is sure to have a positive year full of challenging cases with consistent support and feedback from their supervisors.
