We are a boutique audiology practice in Waco, Texas, built on a simple but firm philosophy: patients always come first.

Our practice was intentionally designed to move away from volume-driven, sales-focused models and toward ethical, relationship-based audiology care. We are seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) who values clinical excellence, patient education, and long-term trust.

This role is ideal for an audiologist who wants to practice audiology the right way--with time, autonomy, and integrity.

Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or equivalent 
Current Texas audiology license, or the ability to be licensed to practice audiology in the state of Texas

The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker with a passion for problem-solving and delivering best-practice patient care. They bring energy, professionalism, and clear communication to every interaction. We value individuals who are welcoming and personable, able to work independently with confidence, and comfortable collaborating with others and asking for help when needed.

Must be able to complete:
-Comprehensive audiologic examinations-pediatrics and adults
-Hearing aid consultations/recommendations
-Best-practice hearing aid fittings and REM verification
-Ear mold impressions, device recommendations and fittings
-Otoacoustic emissions evaluation and interpretation
-Appropriate follow-up care and referral recommendations when appropriate


Bonus:
-Bone conduction sound processor recommendations, fittings, and follow-up
-Interest in growing with us to add ABR, APD and vestibular specialty evaluations.
