4th Year AuD externship
The Audiology Externship Program at Iowa Ear Center is designed to provide students with extensive hands-on experience in the field of audiology. This curriculum is aimed at providing students an opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills with a focus on ENT/vestibular evaluation, as well as the principles and practice of otology. The program will expose students to various facets of private practice settings including hearing aid fittings for pediatric and adult populations, cochlear implants and assistive devices, as well as in-depth experience in diagnostic audiology for all ages, evoked potentials, and vestibular evaluation. Student will be expected to have health and liability insurance through their university
