AIB’s clinical roles are incredibly important to company values as they directly interact with our patients and clients. Our team performs AIB balance testing within our balance diagnostic clinics located inside our ENT or Neurology client offices.

This role requires expertise in diagnostic skills, anatomical knowledge of the vestibular system, and strong report writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding patient and client service within our clinics.
Document vestibular testing results and recommendations to clinical standards
Provide accurate recommendations for referring providers
Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality.
Demonstrate strong adherence to routines, protocols, and contributes to a high standard of clinic operations.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members, handling any interpersonal conflicts professionally and with emotional intelligence.
Exhibit kindness and resourcefulness in addressing patient needs and clinic demands.
Qualifications:
1 year of patient care experience required, externship year included.
Masters/Doctorate in Audiology is required.
Relevant clinical experience with VNG, ABR, ECoG, and VEMPs preferred.
Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.
Experience working with computers; enjoys working with new technology.
Eligible for Tennessee state licensure in audiology.
