Position Overview
As a Clinical Audiologist at Shohet Ear Associates, you will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive audiological assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for individuals with auditory and vestibular disorders.
We welcome candidates with a strong clinical foundation who are eager to grow and develop in a collaborative environment. Mentorship and training are provided for advanced diagnostics and specialty services
Candidate Requirement
Possession, or eligibility for, a California State Audiology License and Hearing Aid Dispensing License.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of auditory and vestibular function for adult and pediatric patients.
Select, fit, verify, and manage hearing technologies, including daily- and extended-wear hearing aids and assistive listening devices, using Real Ear Measurement (REM) and evidence-based protocols.
Apply evidence-based auditory rehabilitation strategies to support optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate closely with neurotologists, otolaryngologists, physician assistants, and interdisciplinary colleagues to develop personalized care plans for patients with complex needs.
